Confirm the entry point before you start
VPNWe account, order, subscription and client access are all centralized in the account dashboard. Marketing pages do not provide static installers or display personal subscription URLs directly. This keeps plan status, available data and client access in one place, so you will not need to search for download sources again when changing devices.
Before you begin, prepare a memorable username and password that you do not reuse with other services. VPNWe does not require an email address for account creation; submit the username and password to create your account. Also confirm your device's operating system and make sure you have permission to install apps and add network configurations. If the device is managed by your organization, check first whether network tools or imported configurations are allowed.
The overall flow is simple: create an account, choose a suitable plan, return to the overview after the order takes effect, get your subscription, import it into a client, choose a route and connect. Do not skip the order and subscription status checks. Even if the client imports successfully, no routes may be available until the subscription is active.
Create an account: Set up your dashboard
Open the account creation page. You will be asked to set a username and password, with no email address required. Choose a username you can remember long term and that is not easily confused with a public nickname. Use a password that differs from those used on other websites. Submit both fields to create the account and enter the dashboard.
After entering the dashboard, check that the account overview, plans and client access options are visible. If the browser is still on the account creation screen, use the username and password you just set to open the login page. Once signed in, the dashboard is the hub for everything that follows: order status, subscription details, data usage and client access are all available there.
Your account may not have an active subscription yet, so there is no need to copy a link or open a client immediately. Go to the plans section first. Account credentials and the subscription link serve different purposes: your username and password log you into the dashboard, while the subscription link lets the client retrieve route settings. Keep both private and never paste them on public pages or share them in public discussions.
Choose a plan and place your order
After signing in, open the plans page in the dashboard. Estimate your data needs based on how you normally use the service rather than comparing plan names alone. Monthly subscriptions reset their data each month on the activation date and suit regular use. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, making them useful when your usage is irregular or you prefer to pay according to actual consumption.
Monthly subscriptions currently include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Every tier supports unlimited devices, but all devices share the data allowance on the same account, so usage across a computer, tablet and other devices is combined. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. If you are still unsure, compare the full differences between monthly subscriptions and data packages on the plans page.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan type, data allowance and amount. Then select one of the payment methods offered on the page: Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. Do not create the same order again after submitting payment. Return to the order or overview section and check the status first. Once the plan is active and subscription details appear in the overview, continue. If the status has not updated, refresh the dashboard. Order-related details are covered in the Billing and refunds section of the Help Center.
VPNWe offers 60-day no-questions-asked refunds. When upgrading mid-term, the price difference is converted into remaining days, so check the changes on the order confirmation page before proceeding. This guide focuses on the steps needed to connect. For plan calculations and selection guidance, read the network requirements in the Complete Guide to Accessing AI Tools, or return to the plans page to compare data use cases.
Get your subscription link from the dashboard
After the plan becomes active, open the dashboard overview. In the subscription section, look for “Copy subscription link,” “Import into client,” or a similar option. The dashboard provides personal subscription details based on your account status. If you see only a plan prompt and no subscription option, confirm that the order is complete and refresh the overview. Do not look for a so-called universal subscription on another website.
After copying, the subscription link is temporarily stored in your system clipboard. It usually looks like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is an explicitly fake value shown only to illustrate the link structure; it cannot establish a connection. In actual use, copy only the content generated for your account in the dashboard. Do not edit its parameters or import the example address from this guide into a client.
A subscription link is the credential a client uses to read your personal route configuration, so protect it like a password. Paste it into the client's subscription field; there is no need to submit it to a public checking website. If the link was exposed accidentally, stop sharing it and open the dashboard to find the available security action. If you need help, contact support through a dashboard ticket.
Some clients can be opened directly from the dashboard, while others require you to copy the link first and import it manually in the client. Both methods produce the same route list. After copying or opening the client, keep the dashboard accessible and continue with the section for your device.
Import your subscription into clients on each platform
The client reads your subscription, displays regional routes and manages the device's network connection. Get the client or installation instructions for your system from the client section in the dashboard. Do not download similarly named software from unknown pages or look for direct installers on marketing pages. After installation, find the subscription manager the first time you open the client, then paste the personal subscription link copied in the previous step.
Windows import method
On Windows, open the client section through the dashboard and follow the installation instructions. After launching a desktop client that supports subscription links, open the “Subscriptions,” “Configurations” or “Profiles” section and choose Add Remote Configuration from URL. Paste your personal subscription link into the address field, give the configuration an easy-to-recognize name, then save or update it.
After the update finishes, the main interface will show a list of regional routes. Do not run other network proxy tools at the same time, as their system proxy settings may conflict. Choose a nearby route or one matching the target service's region, then return to the client and enable the system proxy or connection switch. If the client requests network permission, continue only after confirming that the request comes from the app you just installed.
macOS import method
On macOS, open the client page from the dashboard and install a compatible client using the method listed for your system. On first launch, macOS may ask you to confirm the app source and add a network configuration. Complete the system prompts, open the client's configuration manager, choose Add Subscription or Import from URL, paste your personal subscription link and update it.
When the route list appears, select the region you want to use and connect. The macOS menu bar usually shows the client status, and the corresponding item will appear in the network settings. Do not manually delete a network configuration that the client is using. To stop using it, disconnect in the client first and then quit the app so the system network state can be restored correctly.
Android import method
Android users should sign in to the dashboard first and open the client section for instructions suited to the device. After installing and opening a client that supports subscription links, find Subscription Manager in the side menu or on the home screen and choose Add Subscription. Paste your personal subscription link into the URL field, save it, and manually run an update. Wait for the regional routes to appear in the list.
When connecting for the first time, Android displays a system authorization dialog for creating a network connection. Confirm the app name and allow it to create the configuration, then return to the client and check its status. If access fails after switching networks, disconnect and reconnect so the client can establish a new session for the current network. For more detailed battery and background-running settings, see Connection and troubleshooting help.
iOS import method
On iOS, open the client section from the dashboard and use the App Store link provided there to get a compatible client. After installation, return to the dashboard to copy your subscription link, or use the dashboard's import option to open the client. For manual import, find Add Subscription, Import from URL or Remote Configuration in the client, paste the link and update it.
When connecting for the first time, iOS asks permission to add a network configuration. Confirm it and complete the system authorization, then return to the client, choose a route and connect. A network indicator in the status bar or settings only shows that the configuration has started. To confirm that the expected exit is actually in use, check the IP region and test your apps as described in the next section.
Connect to a route and verify it works
After the subscription updates successfully, choose a target region from the client's route list. For everyday browsing and remote work, start with a nearby route. For streaming or AI tools with specific regional requirements, choose a route in a region where the target service is available. VPNWe covers 110+ countries and 180+ routes. You do not need to stick with one route; when network conditions change, switch routes and compare the results again.
After clicking the client's connection switch, wait for the status to stabilize, then open the IP check page. Confirm that the displayed exit region matches the route you selected. If the original exit is still shown, return to the client and check that the configuration is selected, the system proxy or network switch is actually enabled, and the subscription updated successfully. Do not judge the result by the button color alone.
Once the exit region matches your expectation, open the websites or apps you normally use and test them in practice. If a website loads but an app does not, the app may not be using the current connection or may still have an old network session. Fully close and reopen it, then check again. Streaming output, video playback and video calls are also affected by local network quality, so success on one page does not mean every route will perform identically.
After verification, remember the regional routes that work well, but there is no need to lock every device to the same route. VPNWe supports unlimited devices, and multiple devices can use the subscription on one account. Each device can still choose a route based on its purpose. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while usage across devices is counted against the same account allowance. Check the status in the dashboard overview.
Basic troubleshooting when there is no connection
If the client shows no routes, return to the dashboard and confirm that the plan is active, then check that the subscription was copied in full. Delete any obviously incomplete configuration in the client, copy the personal subscription link from the dashboard again and update it. Do not assemble the link manually or test with the example address on this page. If the client says it cannot recognize the configuration format, make sure you chose the subscription import option rather than the option for importing a single local configuration file.
If routes are listed but cannot connect, try disconnecting and reconnecting, switching to another regional route, and reopening the client in that order. After a device switches from one network to another, the existing session may no longer work; establishing a new connection is usually more effective than repeatedly refreshing a webpage. If several tools that manage network connections are running, keep the client you want to use, quit the others, and verify the exit IP again.
If the browser works but a particular app does not, fully quit and reopen the app, then check whether it has its own proxy setting. If the exit region is correct but the target service still reports a region mismatch, the cause may be the account region, an old session or the target service's own access rules. Do not assume the route is unavailable based on one message alone. Try another route in the same region and sign in to the target service again for comparison.
This completes the lightweight setup path. DNS checks, per-app routing, long-lived connection issues, peak-time route selection and developer tool configuration involve more variables and would interrupt the basic workflow here. For a specific issue, visit the Help Center and browse by account, connection, speed or billing. SETUP COMPLETE
Everyday use after connecting
When you change devices later, there is no need to create another account or search for the route source again. Sign in to the same dashboard, copy your personal subscription from the overview, and follow the import steps for the relevant platform. When subscription routes change, update them in the client so the local list matches the dashboard. When your use case changes, choose a more suitable regional route and verify the exit again.
