VPNWe Help Center

Find troubleshooting steps by category. This page covers account and subscription management, client connections, route selection, plan data, and refund requests. If you cannot resolve an issue yourself, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket.

Account

Account and subscriptions

Manage registration details, subscription links, device changes, and account access. The subscription link lets clients retrieve route configurations and should be protected like an account credential.

What do I need to register for VPNWe?

No email address is required. A username and password are all you need to create an account. Choose a username that is easy to recognize without reusing one from another important account, and store your password in a trusted password manager. After registering, open the user panel to view plans, client downloads, and subscription details. Your username and password are required to sign in and manage the subscription, so keep them safe once set.

Where can I get and update my subscription link?

Sign in to the user panel and find the current subscription link in the account overview or subscription section. Add it according to the import method supported by your client. To update it, copy the current link from the user panel and run the client’s subscription update. If old routes still appear, remove the old configuration and import it again. A subscription link is an account connection credential; do not place it in public documents, screenshots, or group chats.

Do I need to buy again after changing devices?

No separate purchase is needed when you change devices. VPNWe supports unlimited devices, so you can use the active subscription linked to the same account on your own Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux devices. On a new device, sign in to the user panel, get the client and subscription details, and configure the connection. When retiring an old device, remove any saved subscription configuration so connection credentials are not left on a device you no longer use.

What should I do if I forget my username or password?

Because registration does not require an email address, you are responsible for securely keeping your username and password. If you can still access the user panel from another device, verify the account details and update your saved records. If you cannot sign in, use the ticket entry in the user panel to describe the order and account details; support can assist using information that can be verified. Do not publicly send the full subscription link or your current password.

Connection

Connections and troubleshooting

Connection issues usually require separate checks of the underlying network, client configuration, subscription status, and target app. Troubleshooting in order helps avoid repeated reinstalls or unnecessary system changes.

The client says it is connected, but webpages still will not load. What should I do?

Disconnect the current route in the client, then connect to another nearby route and confirm that the system clock and underlying network are working normally. If no route works, quit and reopen the client, then check whether the subscription is up to date and the plan still has available data. Temporarily disable other tools that may take over network traffic so multiple network configurations do not apply at once. If the issue continues, submit the client name, operating system, and error text in a ticket.

Why does only one app fail to use the proxy?

A common cause is that the app uses a different network path from the browser, or that the client is using rule-based routing and the target domain is not included in the accelerated route. Switch the client to a more comprehensive connection mode for comparison, then restart the app so it does not keep using a connection created before the change. If the browser works but the app does not, note the app name, selected route, and symptoms and report them by ticket so the routing rules can be reviewed.

What should I do if no routes appear after importing the subscription?

First confirm that you imported the complete subscription link currently shown in the user panel, not text truncated by a chat tool. Then manually run a subscription update in the client and check for parsing or network-request errors. If the old and new configurations have the same name, remove the old one and import it again. If routes still do not appear, use the client entry for your platform provided in the user panel and include the error text in a ticket; do not include the full subscription link.

The connection dropped after switching networks. Do I need to configure it again?

When switching from a home network to another network, the existing connection may stop working because the underlying network has changed. You usually do not need to buy again or create another account. Disconnect the client, confirm that the new network can open ordinary webpages, and reconnect. If it still fails, switch routes or restart the client. Devices that frequently change networks should keep the subscription up to date so the client can receive the currently available route configuration.

Routes

Speed and routes

VPNWe covers 110+ countries / 180+ routes. Performance varies with the local network, destination, region, and time of use. Compare routes based on your actual needs rather than relying on a single metric.

How should I choose a route when video buffers during evening peak hours?

Peak-hour buffering is not determined by distance alone. Local congestion, route type, and the video platform’s regional service can all contribute. Lower the player quality first to check connection stability, then compare different routes in the same region. Keep the route with sustained playback and faster recovery after seeking. A successful connection alone is not enough; actual playback, seeking, and long loading sessions better show whether a route suits Streaming.

Is a lower-latency route always faster?

Not necessarily. Latency mainly reflects round-trip request time, making it useful for judging webpage interaction, remote control, and call responsiveness. Downloads and video playback also depend on bandwidth, packet loss, congestion, and the target service’s location. Test routes according to your actual use case. For streaming output or video meetings, consistent connectivity is usually more important than a brief speed peak; for file downloads, focus on stable transfer performance.

Which route should I prioritize for AI Tools?

AI Tools often depend on regional availability, login sessions, and persistent connections at the same time. Choose a stable route in a region supported by the target service, and avoid frequently changing the exit region during use. If a page opens but a response stops halfway, refresh the session, try another route in the same region, and check whether browser extensions are altering requests. If developer tools or command-line applications cannot connect, confirm that they follow the system network settings rather than only allowing the browser to use the accelerated route.

How can I tell whether the problem is my local network or the selected route?

Disconnect the client and check whether ordinary websites work on the current network. If the underlying connection is unstable, restore it first. Then reconnect and compare routes in different regions. If only a specific service is affected, the cause may involve the target region, platform policies, or routing rules. If every connection drops intermittently, inspect the local network, system network settings, and other network tools running at the same time. Include these comparison results in your ticket; they are more useful than simply saying that you cannot connect.

Billing

Billing and refunds

Plans include monthly subscriptions whose data resets on the activation date, and data packages that remain valid until used and never expire. Purchases and refund requests are handled through the user panel for clear order tracking.

What monthly subscription options does VPNWe offer?

Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades calculate the price difference against the remaining days. Consider your typical video, remote-work, AI Tools, and file-transfer usage instead of comparing price alone. If you use the service regularly, a monthly plan provides a predictable reset schedule based on the activation date.

Do data packages expire?

Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They suit users whose usage is irregular and who prefer to consume data as needed. Before purchasing, check the current plan and remaining data in the user panel rather than relying only on cached client information. The user panel is the source of record for order and data details.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Open the plan section in the user panel and select the option you want; the checkout page will show the available payment methods. Keep the order-status page after payment and avoid creating the same order again before its status updates. If payment is complete but the corresponding plan is not shown in the panel, provide the order details and a screenshot of the payment status in a ticket. Cover sensitive information unrelated to the issue in the screenshot.

How do I request a refund?

VPNWe offers 60-day refunds without requiring a reason. To request one, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order and refund request so the order status can be checked. Keep the necessary order records before submitting. If the issue involves connectivity, you may also include the platform, route, and symptoms. Refund eligibility and processing follow the Terms of Service and the actual order status.
