VPNWe LEGAL
Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the international network optimization and subscription services provided by VPNWe. By accessing or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these rules. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the relevant services.
Service Content and Scope
VPNWe provides network connection optimization through international routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service covers 110+ countries / 180+ routes. The regions available for connection, route types, and platform capabilities are subject to the clients and user panel actually provided.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month from the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the plan price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Traffic packages are deducted according to actual usage, remain available until consumed, and never expire. Network performance may be affected by the user's location, access network, target service status, device configuration, and route congestion.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their accounts. If unusual account access is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
The service has no device limit, but accounts, subscription details, and access credentials may only be used by the account holder on devices they control. Reselling, renting, publicly posting, or sharing accounts and subscription benefits with others is prohibited, as is the automated bulk distribution of route resources. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are available for payment; the options offered at checkout prevail.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm whether accessing international websites or using related online services is permitted locally. The service must not be used to infringe others' lawful rights, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, attack network systems, disrupt service operation, or engage in other unlawful activity.
Users must not probe, damage, or evade the technical limitations of the service, or continuously consume route resources in a way that could significantly affect other users' normal connections. Users are solely responsible for legal liability, disputes, or losses arising from their own actions.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNWe may adjust nodes, connection methods, or client features based on route maintenance, changes in network conditions, security risks, and operational needs. Maintenance, upstream network failures, target website policy changes, device system limitations, and uncontrollable external events may cause temporary connection failures, speed fluctuations, or restricted features.
The service does not promise that any route will perform consistently in every region, on every device, or at all times, and does not guarantee continuous access to third-party websites, applications, or content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNWe is not liable for indirect losses caused by changes to third-party services, user device failures, incorrect configuration, or prohibited use.
Refund Terms
A full refund without a stated reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket portal in the user panel so the account and relevant order can be verified. Once a refund is completed, the subscription benefits associated with that order will no longer be available.
For accounts involved in reselling, subscription sharing, malicious consumption of route resources, attacks on service facilities, fraudulent payments, or other violations of these terms, VPNWe may review the request against usage records and handle the dispute under applicable law and payment-channel rules.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale or sharing, malicious service disruption, fraudulent payment, or ongoing threats to platform security, VPNWe may restrict features, suspend connections, or terminate an account. To investigate unusual activity, the service may retain records related to accounts, orders, and service usage to the extent necessary.
These terms may be updated due to service changes, legal requirements, or payment-rule changes. Updated content will be posted on this page with the latest revision date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be communicated through available methods in the user panel. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content.
