Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how VPNWe collects, uses, retains, and deletes data while providing its website, user panel, subscription management, and cross-border network acceleration services. Please read it before using the service.

Data Collection and Purpose

Creating a VPNWe account does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password, so email is not a required registration field and is not collected simply to create an account. Account data may include your username, authentication credentials, subscription status, traffic usage, and necessary security status. This information supports login verification, plan entitlement displays, traffic accounting, and account security.

After payment, the system stores order records such as the selected plan, order amount, payment method, payment status, creation and completion times, and refund status. These details support subscription delivery, payment reconciliation, dispute handling, and necessary financial recordkeeping. When you visit the website or user panel, VPNWe may also process your IP address, browser type, device category, page address, referring page, and error information to keep the site running, identify abnormal requests, and improve usability.

No-Logs Principles and Connection Data

VPNWe does not record which websites you visit, store webpage content, search content, communications, or browsing history that could be used to reconstruct complete browsing activity. VPNWe also does not build personal profiles based on network access content.

To support live connections, traffic quota accounting, service protection, and troubleshooting, the system may process route identifiers, connection status, aggregated traffic usage, and error information during a session. Identifiable temporary connection data is processed only for as long as needed for these purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Aggregated traffic usage associated with account entitlements is retained with subscription records, but it does not include a list of websites visited.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface options, and secure session information. These data help preserve your selected settings and avoid repeated configuration when moving between pages. Clearing browser data may sign you out and restore some interface settings to their defaults.

Analytics help us understand whether pages load correctly, which features produce errors, and how the site appears on different devices. Results are used for aggregated analysis and operational maintenance, not for selling personal information or combining it with network access content to create browsing profiles. Browser Cookie controls can limit or clear related data, although some login and account features may then require verification again.

Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

VPNWe supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service. VPNWe does not ask users to submit complete authentication details for third-party payment accounts directly on marketing pages. To create orders, confirm receipt of payment, and process refunds, VPNWe may send the payment service an order number, order amount, payment method, and necessary transaction identifiers, and receive the payment result.

Third-party payment services process transaction data under their own rules. Before visiting a third-party page or using a related payment feature, users should also read that service's privacy notice. Except where necessary to complete transactions, process refunds, prevent abnormal payments, or meet legal obligations, VPNWe will not broaden the scope of data sharing.

Data Retention, Security, and Deletion

Account information is generally retained until the account is deleted or no longer needed to provide the service. Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed to process transactions, refunds, disputes, and applicable obligations. Security incident and error records are retained only as long as needed for investigation, remediation, and preventing recurrence. Once the purpose ends, relevant data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.

Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the ticket portal in the user panel. After receiving a request, VPNWe first verifies account ownership and then processes data eligible for deletion. Records that must be temporarily retained because of incomplete orders, refund disputes, security investigations, or applicable obligations will enter the deletion process when the relevant conditions end. Copies in backups are removed during regular rotation.

Policy Updates and Questions

This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable rules change. Updated text will be published on this page, along with a revised last-updated date at the top. If a change materially affects how account data is handled, VPNWe will provide notice in an appropriate location within the user panel.

If you have questions about this policy, account data, or the deletion process, submit a ticket through the user panel. Because the available facts do not provide a public email address or other external contact details, this page does not list unconfirmed contact information.
